THEY CLAIM TO BE A DEPT COLLECTOR WITH FOR PAYDAY LOAN BUT I NEVER HAD ANY LOANS AND THEY THREATENED TO HAVE ME LOCKED UP AMONGST OTHER STUFF. IT DIDNT SCARE ME I WAS RECORDING THE WHOLE CONVERSATION

Tells me that he has a supeona to serve my employer for a payday loan I failed to pay. That I never took out. Refused to send me doucmentation in writing. He calls over and over.

got 4 calls today from this number. I tried calling back but busy... tried to block this number. cell-phone companies need to have some kind of blocking feature on future cell phones....

I pick up and they say that my mother has something to do with Linigton Credit which I have know idea what it is and also my mom doesnt use that. They are also very rude.

something about taking a survey...asked to leave number that I wished to be taken off list...did not leave it.

Have received several calls after indicating I wanted off their call list. When I asked to talk to management, the fellow on the other end gave me a bogus telephone number which had my area code and prefix, rather than the area code from which the call originated. When I called the 'manager' phone number, I ended up talking to just another guy in my city. We'll see if the FDNC list actually works (just signed up as a result of this). What really burns me is that this is my cell phone, and I end up paying for minutes whether in the form of an answered call or to just flush out my voice mail inbox.
